During the 55th Human Rights session of the UN in Geneva, the Balochistan National Movement are conducting different political activities to highlight Pakistan’s human rights violations in Balochistan and seeks support from the international community to address these inhumane treatments of Pakistan towards the Baloch nation.

About the Balochistan National Mouvement:
The Baloch National Movement is committed to securing the rights and struggling for a Free Balochistan. Focused on preserving Baloch identity and freedom, BNM advocates against Pakistan’s illegal occupation of Balochistan, human rights abuses, military operations, and resource exploitation in Balochistan. The movement seeks global awareness and support for Balochistan’s liberation.

Speakers:
- Karlos Zurutuza Karlos is a freelance reporter covering the MENA region. He has reported for numerous publications including Al Jazeera, IPS, Vice, Deutsche Welle, and The Diplomat.
- Dr Ayesha Siddiqa is a senior fellow at the Department of War Studies, King’s College, London. She is an author of two books including the renowned Military Inc, Inside Pakistan’s Military Economy.
- Peter Tatchell has been campaigning for human rights, democracy, LGBT+ freedom and global justice since 1967.
