The Swiss and international press is invited to join for a press conference on Monday, 13 September, launching the Turkey Tribunal in Geneva. The Tribunal will take place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva from Tuesday, 20 September until Friday, 24 September 2021.

Prestigious jurists and rapporteurs from all around the world as well as significant witnesses from Turkey will participate in the hearings.

Why a Turkey Tribunal?

In recent years, human rights violations have increasingly been reported in Turkey. Various international bodies and courts have confirmed this, sometimes even in very sharp terms.

That is why we have taken the initiative to set up a “Turkey Tribunal.” Even though it is not legally binding, the ruling of the tribunal will have high moral authority.
