Emphasis will be given to the issue of national elections and conditions for an enabling legal and institutional framework to achieve the goals set out in previous multilateral agreements.

The Committee of 90 formed during the second Libyan Political Dialogue Forum held in February 2023. The Committee is composed of members representing political parties, civil society organizations, women’s associations, elders, youth leaders, and workers’ unions with a shared goal of achieving sovereignty and peace for all Libyans under the umbrella of the Libyan Political Agreement.
