The Alaska and Hawaii ‘free political institutions’ of the Indigenous Nations never ceded title and dominion and have placed the United States of America (USA) and the Holy See and United Nations Member States on Notice for fraud on its Nations and Peoples.
The United States of America (USA) lists Alaska and Hawaii under Article 73 of UN in General Assembly (GA) resolution 66 (I) of 14 December 1946. The USA misled the GA claiming it incorporated or annexed them as its territorial integrity. The USA refuses to report on or allow for the arbitration of the independent history, status, relationship, geography or status of migrants in both cases. The USA denies justice committing fraud in its courts under so-called “domestic law”. The irregularities in the vote for statehood in 1958 and 1959 respectively led to GA resolution 1469 of 12 December 1959 removing Alaska and Hawaii from the UN, creating the 49th and 50th apartheid states. United Nations treaty bodies and special procedures call for review and re-enlistment of Alaska and Hawaii. The USA admits the Indigenous Hawaiian Monarchy never ceded to its Territory or dominion and the UN states the 1867 Treaty of Cession grants neither title or jurisdiction to the United States of America.
This event is organized by the Indigenous Peoples and Nations Coalition (IPNC), the Hawaiian Kingdom and the International Human Rights Association of American Minorities (HRAAM).
