HE Dr. Riek Puok Riek will send an invitation of the President to the rebels to come and join the peace process.

“Few weeks following the failed coup d’etat orchestrated by the former Vice President Mr. Riek Machar on December 15 2013, South Sudan has been in a series of humanitarian crisis, properties and thousands of lives have been lost”, HE Dr. Riek Puok Riek said.

According to him, the National Army (SPLA) have recaptured most of the areas from the rebels, that included Bor, Bentiu, Malakal and other areas in the Greater Upper Nile Region. The rebels have destroyed everything in their path; you might have seen the disturbing images that were broadcast around the world. Innocent civilians, nuns, elderly, women and children were murdered and executed by the rebels in Bor, Bentiu, Malakal and Nasir; even UN peacekeepers did not make it out a live from the hands of Riek Machar and his lawless White Army.
