The human rights and humanitarian crisis in Sudan is the most serious challenges facing the world
relief efforts today. The country is on the verge of collapse due to the internal war, meanwhile the
two parties continue to commit massive international crimes. This Conference/debate intends to
address the internal and external factors, particularly the interferences from state and non-state
actors from Africa and other parts of the world in the ongoing internal war in Sudan. The debate
shall highlight the recent developments in the conflict’s dynamic, including the findings of the
International Fact-Finding Mission for the Sudan.
