HE Amb. Amr Ramadan
Permanent Representative of Egypt to the United Nations Office, the WTO and other International Organizations at Geneva

Two years after the starting of the new government nominated by the President Abdel Fattah al-Sissi, time has come to make an assessment of the present situation, to examine the progress that has been made and also the current challenges that Egypt must tackle with.

Ambassador Amr Ramadan has been serving as Egypt permanent Representative since September 2014. He has served in Geneva before as Counselor at the Mission 1999-2003, basically as trade negotiator.

To begin this new year, Mr. Ramadan has accepted to meet the swiss and international press at his residence for an open and convivial meeting. He will be ready to answer all questions concerning the present situation of Egypt and the recent events in the Middle East.
