Civil society hearing into Iran’s 1988 massacre

Part 2

Part 1

In light of the recent protests in Iran and the reports of thousands of arrests and numerous deaths in custody, this timely hearing will also provide the historical context for the current conduct of the authorities. Many top judicial officials today are the same people who were responsible for the 1988 massacre.
