A humanitarian worker proposes a two-step plan to a Geneva-based human resources management company to help vulnerable members of the International Geneva’s community.
First step: provide immediate assistance to the most vulnerable and identify cases through an online mapping.
Second step: create a Humanitarian Solidarity HR Hub for Geneva’s international community proposing an innovative platform and tool for inter-organizational HR management optimized by AI.

Amid economic uncertainty and institutional changes, International Geneva is witnessing the growing vulnerability of some of its key actors and jobs. In this context, the preservation of expertise and support for professionals in the humanitarian and multilateral sectors has become crucial.
This press conference aims to explore an innovative path: the creation of a Humanitarian HR Hub, a public-private partnership project designed to pool resources, support career transitions, and strengthen the resilience of Geneva’s international ecosystem.
Bringing together experts from the UN system, the private sector, and civil society, this event will foster dialogue around a new model of inter-organizational cooperation, combining solidarity, technological innovation, and shared governance, to support employment and shape the future of International Geneva.
